What do you struggle with when sticking to a fitness program?

  1. Sticking with healthy eating would be easier if it were more convenient. Grabbing a bite at a drive-thru is easier than preparing a healthy snack / meal.

    • I know what you mean. Fast food is one of the main contributors to the weight issue in our country and across the planet. One of the things that helps is to be aware of what you’re ordering at the fast food establishment. It’s near impossible to expect people to stay completely away from fast food. This is an important topic, I think I’ll write on this one today! Thanks for the input Sonja!
